Pool and Beverage Cart Attendant - Springdale, AR

Job description
Job Summary: The pool attendant is responsible for providing friendly and courteous service to members at our pool and concession stand. In addition, the pool attendant maintains cleanliness and order around the pool area. Our pool season runs May 24th through September 7th 2024 and the beverage cart runs April 1st through the end of October.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Walk all assigned areas throughout shift, maintaining cleanliness of pool deck, tables and chairs, and dressing rooms.
Maintaining cleanliness/sanitation of kitchen to include dishes, sweeping/mopping, garbage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask.
Label and properly store food items.
Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Will assist in food preparation for the concession stand.
Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Process food and beverage sales through the Point-of-Sale system
Follow opening/closing procedures.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding attendance, timekeeping, dress code and safety.
Pool Attendants will be under the supervision of the lead pool attendant.

Has natural instincts and insight for finding the best solution to unclear situations, issues and problems.
Considers multiples resources and methods for analyzing problems. Makes great decisions.
Energetic and takes initiative. Is pro-active and persistent in pursuing and completing tasks. Strives to exceed expectations and goals.

MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent is desired.
Must be at least 21 years old or older, to serve alcohol
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
