Mission Recruiting is partnering with a growing plaintiff-side employment law firm that is expanding its presence in Seattle. This onsite opportunity is well-suited for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, consistent litigation exposure, and the chance to grow with a firm that values advocacy, professionalism, and long-term relationships.

What you will be working on
- Managing wage and hour and class action matters from inception through resolution
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Propounding and responding to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Appearing in court and attending mediations
- Interviewing clients and class members
- Supervising and collaborating with legal support staff

- Base salary range of $150,000 to $180,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
