Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Zumba Instructor, you would be responsible for teaching and facilitating Zumba fitness classes. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Provide, teach and facilitate group Zumba classes for clients
• Ensure safe exercise practice through observation, correction, assistance and answering questions
• Ensure current knowledge of exercise techniques and trends
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, the facility, studios, and equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards

The ideal candidate will have a Licensed Zumba Instructor certification and be a member of the Zumba Instructor Network.

Education and Experience:

• Prior Fitness experience required
• Ability to train to all fitness levels
• Passion for health and fitness
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Currently have or be willing to obtain instructor insurance prior to first class
• Be outgoing and present a professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation to and from classes

Physical Demands:

• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.

Work Environment:

• Exposed to gym elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils, human sweat, foot traffic, various Exercise equipment.
