    Description

    The Guest Service Specialist position at Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park consists of welcoming guests and assisting them with directions and general information about the park and animals.

    Tasks include checking-in and distributing gear to program participants, mascot participation, facility cleanliness, and knowledge of programs. Applicants must be able to work outdoors during the summer months, weekends, and holidays.

    The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests of all ages, can multi-task, and is able to lift 50 pounds.

    Employees will be expected to learn and retain educational information on the Gulfarium's animals and daily operations to confidently answer all guest inquiries.

    The position will be a 4-5 day a week commitment.
