    Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate

    Reception and Office Environment

    • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
    • Field all incoming calls, documenting notes, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
    • Ensure the office environment is always clean, tidy, well-stocked, and presentable.

    Client Coordination

    • Assist in coordinating client meetings, appointments, and event scheduling.
    • Maintain and update client records and appointments efficiently.
    • Preparation of and assisting clients in signing financial, tax, estate, and other forms.
    • Proactively identify ways to enhance the clients experience at every touch point.

    Event Planning

    • Lead efforts in the planning and execution of client events & company volunteer days.
    • Develop and execute internal employee recognition, including birthdays and anniversaries.

    Company Support

    • Attend to the needs of advisors and other team members, assisting with administrative tasks.
    • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for advisors as required.
    • Assist in company-wide initiatives and projects.

    Administrative Duties

    • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, mail/shipping, etc.
    • Manage office supply inventory.

    Qualifications of the Client Services Associate

    • 3+ Years experience as an office assistant or in a client-facing role.
    • Ability to work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the office M-F.
    • Possess and demonstrate the company's core values at all times.
    • Show integrity and honesty in all situations.
    • Display a professional and positive attitude and demeanor.
    • Be driven to succeed personally and help the company succeed.
