    Physical Therapist (PT) - Rutland, Vermont
    • $40/hr.-$60/hr.
    Hours: 35 hours per week

    Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist looking for an exciting career opportunity? Join our team at a Rehabilitation Center in Rutland, Vermont. We offer 35 hours per week in our 123-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF). The Rehabilitation Center provides post-hospital, short-stay rehabilitation, and long-term care services.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will:
    • Conduct assessments to understand patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
    • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services.
    • Collaborate with a diverse range of patients in our SNF setting to promote their well-being.
    • Create a supportive and caring environment for optimal patient outcomes.

    • Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Vermont.
