- Review tax filings for various reporting requirements
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations and roll forwards
- Prepare company income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740
- Assist external and internal auditors
- Analyze financial accounting data
- 2-4 years of Direct Tax experience
- CPA or CPA Track required
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting required
- Masters Degree in Taxation preferred
- Sage and OneSource experience would be a plus
