    Duties:


    Collaborates proactively with hiring managers and business partners to support hiring needs, requirements, qualifications of open positions and identifies opportunities for process improvements.

    Mentors and provides guidance to internal stakeholders regarding hiring and interviewing best practices.
    Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers, including candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
    Sources potential candidates through online channels, such as social platforms and professional networks.
    Organizes and attends virtual and on-site job fairs and recruiting events.
    Develops a candidate talent pipeline through active and passive sourcing methods.
    Assess candidate information via submitted resumes or employment applications. Reviews candidates contact information, job experience, skills, and education, using our Applicant Tracking System.
    Complies interview questions and other tools used to assess each position's job requirements.
    Plans interview and selection procedures. Coordinates and conducts phone screens, assessments and in-person or virtual interviews.
    An ambassador for the new employee experience by managing the offer stage. Prepares offer documents and coordinates all pre-employment testing requirements.
    Manages employee onboarding and offboarding experience via electronic surveys. Collects, analyzes and reports data and trends to leadership team.
    Enhances employer brand initiatives through various social, advertising campaigns and company media platforms.
    Develops, analyzes, and evaluates continuous improvement projects related to recruitment, on-boarding and employment engagement. Adjusts recruiting plans based on key performance measurements.
    Contributes and develops standard operating procedures for recruitment, hiring and on-boarding practices.
    Is a steward for the culture and values of the organization. Participates in committees and is a champion leading the way for the organization.
    Provides other human resources support as necessary.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or four years prior experience in a similar role.
    Four years of proven recruitment, hiring and on-boarding experience.
    Experience with high-volume national recruitment a plus.
    Experience working with an acquisition environment a plus.
    Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms.
    Intermediate knowledge of ATS systems and Microsoft office platforms.
    Analytical skills, with ability to use data and metrics to evaluate needs and recommend change.
    Ability to multitask.
    A team player with the confidence and ability to work independently.
    Excellent time management, written and verbal communications skills.
    Strong project management skills.
    The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
    Ability to travel to other AEP facilities and attend national recruiting events. 30-40%

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.

    The employee may be required to sit for prolonged periods.
