Peraton requires Network LAN/WAN Administrators to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3.
The position is located at Fort Bragg, NC.
This job provides administration of network and communications systems, including Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems. The Administrator must have solid technical skills with experience in various network protocols, software, and hardware involved in LAN and WAN operations.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting LAN/WAN voice data transmission networks evaluating the effect of architectural changes on them. Implementing network security access configuring updating monitoring managing troubleshooting documenting routers switches in USSOCOM LAN/WAN networks collaborating coordinating external Government commercial circuit providers restoring circuit outages participating supporting LAN-WAN exercises some positions may require shift work non-standard work schedule support USSOCOM mission
