The Registered Dietitian shall be responsible for providing patient counseling in nutrition. This individual will be responsible for serving as the nutrition resource person for both staff and patients.

The Dietitian will carry out these functions in accordance with Physician's orders and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietary field of study.
• Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Must have at least 3 years' experience in medical nutrition.
• Active Registered Dietitian licensure required.
• BLS required.
• If working at MCC, Oncology certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and presentation skills.
