    We are currently seeking a System Administrator with a strong passion for technology and continuous learning. The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, adept at troubleshooting, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of problem-solving processes. Previous experience at an MSP is preferred, emphasizing the ability to handle assigned tickets efficiently while managing time effectively. While support and guidance are readily available, we value individuals who display self-sufficiency in resolving intricate issues. Candidates should prioritize optimal solutions over shortcuts and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Office 365, basic networking concepts (switches, firewalls, VLAN), mobile devices, DNS, and both Windows and Macintosh operating systems, including Windows Server 2012 and above.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of client systems and infrastructure
    • You will work closely with our System Admin Level 1 and Level 3 teams to ensure our clients' IT needs are met with speed and efficiency
    • Participate in the design and execution of system upgrades and maintenance plans
    • Maintain Active Directory in regard to on-boarding/off-boarding employees, including synchronization with Office 365, SharePoint and OneDrive
    • Provide basic support for Azure Virtual Desktops for remote users
    • Setup new desktops and related software for new and existing users

    Requirements:

    • Experience working for an Managed Service Provider (MSP)
    • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V
    • Experience with PSA and RMM tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, IT Glue, Datto
    • Understanding of Active Directory, with Azure and Office 365 integrations
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows OS through 10 and Microsoft Office through 2019
