The AAM role serves as an entry-level management position.

The primary task involves supporting the Assistant Manager and Head Manager in supervising all operations at the Pub under their guidance.

This position is expected to handle the responsibilities of other non-management roles, perform opening and closing duties at the Pub, act as the host, and ensure the smooth operation of the pub.

Additional tasks include working indoors and outdoors seasonally, focusing on exceptional customer service, assigning sections to servers, taking orders, processing payments, overseeing service areas, managing staff, and addressing customer service issues effectively.

The AAM role may require physical and mental agility in a fast-paced environment, demanding the ability to multitask efficiently.

Moreover, being available to troubleshoot issues during shifts and covering for the head manager's absence are also essential aspects of this role.

Every employee is expected to maintain a safe work environment and stay updated on company events and products.

• Hold and renew current food handlers and OLCC/WA liquor licenses
• Prior relevant experience necessary
