    8:00am - 4:30pm - Monday - Friday

    Specialties/Licenses or Certifications

    Valid and current state-specific RN license.

    Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent experience required.

    Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible nursing experience, including two (2) years of behavioral health nursing and two (2) years of management experience.

    $90, $100,000.00/salary

    Our Position

    The Nurse Manager position is responsible for all nursing services under the direction of the Site Leader. The Nurse Manager position also works closely with the Medical Director to coordinate and improve clinical care.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Supervises, evaluates and provides leadership and coaching to nursing personnel.
    • Arranges coverage for nurse absences.
    • Works as an RN in a variety of capacities during staff shortages and in emergent situations.
    • Assures that the delivery of nursing care complies with licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
    • Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve productivity, efficiency, recovery outcomes and medical care.
    • Coordinates the relationship with outside medical and nursing support services including pharmacy and laboratory services.
    • Provides Clinical Supervision to nursing staff.
    • Completes clinical documentation as required.
    • Understands and adheres to RI International compliance standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policies.
    • Keeps abreast of all federal and state regulations and laws and all RI International policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.
    • Performs other related duties assigned.

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent experience required, Master's degree in Nursing preferred.

    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (HIPAA guidelines and regulations) and professionalism.

    • Must be able to pass education verification check.

Requirement: RN + 4 years experience in related field OR Master's degree in related field and 1 year experience in behavioral health OR Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 years experience in behavioral health OR Bachelor's degree in unrelated field and 4 years experience in behavioral health.

    ADDENDUM - Washington

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent experience required, Master's degree in Nursing preferred.

    Licensure: Valid and current state-specific RN license.

    Misc. Requirement: Licensed Registered Nurse with 1 year of experience preferred (it is possible for a RN to be a MHP level if they meet the qualifications)
