- Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree
- Active State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), and APHON certification
- Dependable transportation
- Must be reliable
