Affordable Dentistry Today is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team


Schedule:
Monday 6:45am - 4:00pm

Tuesday 6:45am - 4:00pm

Wednesday 7:45am - 5:00pm

Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm

Consistent Patient

Schedule:
Average approx. 7 patients a day
60min recare, 90min new patient appointment
SRP appointments are 60-90 minutes, flexible on hygienist need
Bi-weekly, hourly pay + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned.
Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses

iTero, Gemini Diode Laser, Velscope, Dentrix, and Dexis

x-ray system Will provide laser certification if needed

About Affordable Dentistry Today
Our office is unique to the community and the patients they serve.

With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you'll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

Join a 9-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community
7 operatory practice, hosting 3 hygienists and 1 doctor during the week
We're located near Lakewood Plaza and Target, as well as lots of food/drink options
Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in IL and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
Open to new graduate or experienced hygienist
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
Clinical needs as required by office
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
Prolonged periods sitting and standing
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year

As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions.

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
