- Works with clinicians to maintain and design clinical IS programs.
- Leads regularly scheduled tasks to ensure system is operating efficiently and optimally.
- Performs all required break/fix actions or coordinates break/fix actions with the vendor or other IS teams.
- Participates in training sessions in support of new hires and the teams continuous improvement.
- Participate in on-call rotation for the service and support of personnel throughout the system.
- Escalates issues as needed to leadership.
- Leads testing for planned system upgrades and for enhancements.
- Assists with maintaining PharmNet team documentation.
- Identifies improvement and cost saving opportunities.
- Demonstrates and promotes high quality customer service through the problem-solving process.
- Participates with internal customers in design sessions for the improvement of the clinical systems.
- Pharmacy experience (inpatient or outpatient preferred)
- Basic Microsoft product experience
- Leading initiatives, projects, or work
- Ability to work autonomously
- Bachelor's degree Required.
- Active Indiana Pharmacy license in good standing.
- Willingness to be On-Call.
- 3-5 years Experience with Electronic Medical Records or Pharmacy Practice.
- Experience with build and maintenance of EMR Data and/or databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred.

Analyst - Pharmacy Informatics Intermediate
This analyst position is suitable for a pharmacist that will be responsible for the build and support of the pharmacy inpatient and outpatient venues of care, as well as involved with medication-related workflows and builds throughout the system.
