    MUST Sit onsite in Downtown Miami Monday – Thursday ( Friday's are remote)

    Duration: 6 month contract with extensions/ potential to go perm

    The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the international team's email program, including engagement and loyalty email campaigns. This position must possess functional knowledge of html coding, email service provider tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and must be somehow familiar with graphics editing software i.e., Creative Suite, especially Photoshop. Key responsibilities include developing and testing email deployment via QA tools such as Litmus and making sure content such as translations, and offer lockups (when applicable) are accurate. This role must be dependable and work well in timeline-driven projects. The position will be reporting to the Lead, CRM International.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Partner with the Lead, CRM International to project manage a body of work aligned against business goals and the International email calendar. Some of the projects will be including but not limited to; Go To Market, Loyalty, Engagement and ad hoc brand announcements for International markets.


    • Work cross-functionally with Go to Market and Loyalty teams, vendors, and local teams to ensure successful completion of projects.


    • Work alongside key stakeholders in international markets, NA marketing and revenue management teams to produce dynamic and personalized offers relevant to booked guests.


    • Consolidate, communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the project. Communicate project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time.


    • Work with agency partners for creative assets, copy requests and language translations and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.


    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze program performance metrics and to report on activities and KPIs


    • Audit and update lifecycle communications for international markets as requested


    • Create and implement CRM experiments to drive opens, clicks, and bookings for Engagement emails


    • Manage any ad-hoc requests from the business for international guests.


    • Partner with all Integrated Marketing groups to ensure holistic execution, alignment with full consumer journey, consistent and optimized brand communications, and experiences.
