Job summary
We are a startup in the renewable energy sector building a Multi-Agent business system called Code City. The system uses LangGraph Python and Supabase to automate complex B2B workflows. We have a local junior developer handling the business logic and prompts. We are looking for a Senior Technical Mentor / Architect to handle the complex backend infrastructure deployment and code quality.The Immediate Problem First Task: We have a critical issue with Railway deployment Our system works perfectly in the local environment SQLite However when deployed to Railway Cloud the Async Worker Agent fails to execute long-running tasks The Router Agent Alice successfully receives the request via Webhook but loses connection/state when handing off to the Worker Agent Marcus for deep research tasks
- Proven experience with LangChain / LangGraph Must show past projects.
- Strong background in Python Backend FastAPI Asyncio.
- Experience with Supabase PostgreSQL and pgvector.
- Familiarity with Docker and Cloud Deployment Railway/GCP.
