Job Description

Attain Partners is searching for a Business Analyst who can effectively support change management, project management, business process modernization, and strategic planning initiatives for higher education, non-profit, and commercial clients.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate effectively (written and verbal) to a variety of audiences

Assist in the creation of project deliverables

Coordinate daily fieldwork and project team activities

Establish and maintain client relationships

Project management

Required Skills

Demonstrate high quality analytical and problem-solving skills within time and organizational boundaries

Ability to work collaboratively in a project team

Ability to travel nationwide

Demonstrate ability to stay current in certifications, training and industry trends and practices

Embrace entrepreneurial spirit in work through recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities to improve the organization

Ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths, taking appropriate action to pursue developmental activities to strengthen skills and experience

Effective written and verbal communications a must, with presentation experience

Desired Skills

1+ years of experience in management consulting

Certifications

Prosci Change Management Certification, a plus but not required

Project Management Certification (PMP, Six Sigma) a plus but not required

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Salary Range

$50,000 - $70,000 USD
