Description of Work
The Senior Director of Business Intelligence - Development & Ticketing at the University of Nebraska Athletics is a key role focused on leveraging data to enhance fundraising and ticketing operations.
Responsibilities include analyzing fundraising and ticketing data, developing dashboards and reports, collaborating with fundraising teams for donor analysis, optimizing ticketing strategies, ensuring data accuracy, conducting ad hoc analysis, maintaining donor relations, overseeing financial operations, and serving as a liaison with various departments.
The role requires proficiency in data visualization tools, a strong analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of athletics fundraising and ticketing dynamics.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in fundraising, business intelligence or data analysis. Experience with fundraising and/or ticketing operations within collegiate athletics. Proficiency in software used for fundraising, ticketing, data analysis, and visualization such as Excel, Paciolan, Salesforce, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree preferred. Prefer experience in fundraising, business intelligence or data analysis in the sports industry or fundraising domain.
