Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team

Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It's a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Shifts Available: FT PM
HHA Wage: $ wage is based on experience.

$500 for Part Time

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA'sprovide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
