    Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team

    Harrison Bay is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It's a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and most of all help our resident Age Magnificently

    Shifts Available: FT PM
    HHA Wage: $ wage is based on experience.

    ***Sign on Bonus***

    $1,000 for Full Time
    $500 for Part Time

    In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
    • CNA's and HHA'sprovide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
    • Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
    • Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovide attentive care.
    • Assist with medication administration.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
    • Strong interest in healthcare.
    • Positive, compassionate attitude.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
