- Experience in a campus, healthcare, or security/customer service-related field (strongly preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to think independently yet listen to and work with a team.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to handle and resolve recurring challenges.
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record for the last three (3) years.
- Certified or eligible for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Lethal Weapons Training Certification (Act 235).
- Must complete Managing of Aggressive Behavior or MOAB parts 1, 2 & 3 within four (4) months of employment
