Job summary

The Banquet Chef is responsible for daily operations of the kitchen at BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG). They must plan menus, create purchase orders for food, assure all food is safe and fresh, prepare menu items according to BSRG standards to meet guest expectations. The Banquet Chef collaborates with other team members including banquet managers to confirm number of guests attending events.
