The Line Lead Inventory role is a front-line supervisor role responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets.Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely for repairs while meeting or exceeding set production and quality goals. Meet or exceed inventory production goals on a daily weekly and monthly basis oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team identify teams strengths weaknesses determine areas of opportunity appropriate steps to improve engage assigned team provide appropriate coaching development performance management offer feedback demonstrate desired skills create work team environment that inspires positive communication team cohesion adherence to Carvanas Values proactively communicate information to team members providing clear understanding expectations performance measures goals prevent resolve conflict among team members monitor ensure adherence systems policies procedures performance standards review approve identified mechanical physical defects incoming inventory lead partner inspection center general manager repair reject inventory based estimated cost repairs overall quality vehicle train associate using Quality Control standards identify complete repairs effectively efficiently first time minimize re-checks delays in production conscientiously work ways decrease possibility injury yourself other within shop due spills other hazardous conditions manage multiple associates including ensuring employee development performance management what job requires high school diploma ged equivalent valid unrestricted drivers license clean driving record last years experience computers must least years age demonstrated functional expertise one more areas pertaining Carvanas reconditioning process demonstrated understanding current processes lean principles must able lift pounds independently lifting knee shoulder heights lifting various levels requires standing extended periods frequent stretching reaching walking stooping pushing pulling environment cold hot noisy wet fumes odors use safety equipment include face shield goggles non-slip shoes gloves mask protective garments equipment ability maintain volume high-quality content fast-paced environment ability effectively delegate tasks member ability communicate interact others professional courteous manner written oral maintain volume high-quality content fast-paced environment multitask prioritize effectively resolve complex issues guidance others work overtime weekends variable schedules necessary make reasonable accommodations disabilities perform essential functions jobs.
