- Coordinate playtests internally and externally
- In charge of putting playtests together, collaborating with engineers, taking notes and moderating feedback, reporting bugs, and presenting feedback and recommendations to the team
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans for mobile and PC platforms
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for new and existing games
- Identify and document defects and issues in a clear and concise manner
- Work with developers and player community to reproduce and resolve defects and issues
- Coordinate testing efforts with team members
- Collaborate with team members to ensure each release is of high quality
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance
- Continuously look for ways to improve the testing process and enhance the user experience
- Become a Discord bug and support email point of contact, creating a name in the community that players feel like they can trust
- Experience testing multiplayer and online play
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
- Desire to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance
