    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the testing process, organizing playtests, developing and maintaining test plans, and ensuring that each release meets the highest quality standards. The candidate must be creative in deciding how to test, be thoughtful about managing risks, possess great communication skills, and have a desire to learn and grow.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate playtests internally and externally
    • In charge of putting playtests together, collaborating with engineers, taking notes and moderating feedback, reporting bugs, and presenting feedback and recommendations to the team
    • Develop and maintain detailed test plans for mobile and PC platforms
    • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for new and existing games
    • Identify and document defects and issues in a clear and concise manner
    • Work with developers and player community to reproduce and resolve defects and issues
    • Coordinate testing efforts with team members
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure each release is of high quality
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance
    • Continuously look for ways to improve the testing process and enhance the user experience
    • Become a Discord bug and support email point of contact, creating a name in the community that players feel like they can trust

    Requirements

    • Experience testing multiplayer and online play
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects accurately
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools
    • Desire to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance
