- Must be licensed DDS in the state of Virginia
- For the Dental Assisting position a CDA from the Dental Assisting National Board and a Bachelor's degree is required
- For the Dental Hygiene position you must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with a Bachelor's degree is required
- Complete Growing with Canvas and TOPS 2.2 prior to teaching (will be provided by the college)
- Prior teaching experience
- Work experience in the field
- Experience with on-line teaching
- For the Dental Hygiene position a Master's of Science is preferred

The Dental Department at Germanna Community College is currently seeking clinical adjunct professors to serve as supervising dentists in the following areas:
Dental Assisting I and II - This role includes the delivery of restorative dental services and the clinical oversight of students assisting.
Dental Hygiene - This role includes the supervision of dental hygiene students and examination and treatment planning of patients for comprehensive dental care.
