    • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives
    • Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
    • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations
    • Coordinate and oversee external audits and regulatory inspections
    • Cash Flow Management:
    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational needs
    • Monitor cash flow projections, analyze cash flow trends, and implement cash management strategies
    • Cost Management and Control:
    • Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and overheads to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
    • Implement cost control measures and monitor adherence to budgetary targets
    • Financial Systems and Processes:
    • Evaluate, enhance, and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data
    • Streamline financial workflows and automate routine tasks to improve productivity and effectiveness
    • Risk Management:
    • Identify financial risks, assess their potential impact on business operations, and develop risk mitigation strategies
    • Monitor and manage financial risk exposures, including currency risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk
    Requirements
    • Fluent in Chinese and English
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Proven experience as an Accountant, with at least 5 years in a similar role
    • Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
