- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
- Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations
- Coordinate and oversee external audits and regulatory inspections
- Cash Flow Management:
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational needs
- Monitor cash flow projections, analyze cash flow trends, and implement cash management strategies
- Cost Management and Control:
- Monitor and analyze costs, expenses, and overheads to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Implement cost control measures and monitor adherence to budgetary targets
- Financial Systems and Processes:
- Evaluate, enhance, and implement financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial data
- Streamline financial workflows and automate routine tasks to improve productivity and effectiveness
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks, assess their potential impact on business operations, and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and manage financial risk exposures, including currency risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant, with at least 5 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
