**POSITION, SCHEDULE, PAY, BENEFITS**

Position Janitorial Floor Technician , Russellville Area

Part-Time Shift &

Schedule Part-Time 2nd Shift

4~6 Hours a night Monday through Friday, With some Required weekend work. Experience

Required Experience Preferred

Paid training provided. Pay / Salary Starting at $11.50 per hour

Pay is twice per month: 10th and 25th Employment

Type The position is non-exempt.

All employees are w-2 employees, paid for the hours worked, with regular taxes withheld from paychecks.

(We don't pay "cash" or subcontract work) Benefits Provided Direct Deposit

Paid Holidays after 1 year of employment

Full-time positions receive PTO after 1 year of employment.

We do not currently offer health insurance.

**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES** **General Janitorial Floor Technician** , includes, but not limited to:

Sweeping & Mopping

Running Floor Equipment (Auto scrubber, Low-Speed Scrubber/Buffer, and High Speed Buffer)

Buffing / Burnishing Floors & Related Maintenance

Stripping Floors & Refinishing (waxing)

Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH ABS**

Must be reliable, responsible, and a self-starter

Show job work history

Good communication (verbal and written) skills

**Must be able to work both independently, and in a team.**

**Must have reliable transportation to and from work**

Must be neat and cleanly dressed and groomed.

Clear Background and drug screening required.

We provide commercial, medical, and industrial with commercial cleaning and other related services.

ABS trains all employees on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper & safe use of chemicals and equipment during the initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.
