Sage Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital (LTAC and Inpatient Rehab) located in Lafayette, LA is seeking Full-Time and PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team

$10,000 Sign On Bonus (for full-time employment)
Positions available for LTAC and Inpatient Rehab

Essential duties include:

Delivers optimal patient care to patients requiring Skilled Nursing and/or rehabilitation nursing care for general medical and post-surgical conditions.

Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care
Completes all documents timely
Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation


Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Must have current CPR Certification
Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with great time management skills
Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
