We are looking for a dynamic AI/ML Engineer to join our team and lead projects from development to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
About the role
The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions, focusing on chatbot/smart workspaces, predictive analytics, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) content ingestion pipelines.
This role requires a tenacious individual with a proven track record of taking projects from concept to deployment and an ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for using new technologies and building innovative products and solutions.
You will also:
Design, develop, and implement chatbot/smart workspace solutions to enhance user experience and automate business processes.
Work with traditional Machine Learning (ML) and predictive AI to build models that provide insights and drive operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain content ingestion pipelines for RAG, ensuring efficient data processing and retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data science, and UX/UI, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into our products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related technologies, and apply them to improve our solutions.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
About you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on chatbot/smart workspaces and predictive analytics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and experience building content ingestion pipelines.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience in ERP software or manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
