Available Positions:

RN Case Manager (Homecare)
This position is a full-time position working 40-hours a week. The typical hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday, with a weekend and holiday rotation. The nurses typically work every 4th or 5th weekend and holiday.

Weekend Warrior
This is a full-time position working 36-hours a week. We are looking for a day shift or night shift position. The typical hours are 8:00am-8:00pm or 8:00pm-8:00am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Summary of Position: The Primary Nurse is responsible for direct patient care.
Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio and the eligibility to obtain licensure in the State of Indiana or current RN licensure in the State of Indiana and the eligibility to obtain licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Medical/Surgical, Oncology or community health nursing.
• Hospice experience preferred.
