    Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

    Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 3+ years' experience as a General Manager in a scratch kitchen environment.
    • Strong and proven leadership qualities and must be the face of your business: affable, coach mentality, leads by example, upholds restaurant operation and food safety standards, clear and direct communicator.
    • Must have strong BOH/Kitchen knowledge and the ability to jump in and support your team when needed
    • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
    • Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
    • Have a high business acumen and hands-on experience managing a full P & L and cost controls

    • Exceed the expectations of every guest, every time - it's what we do
    • Train, coach, and direct the team - set the bar high and never underdeliver - ongoing training is key
    • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
    • Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times-run it as you own it
    • Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention; be committed to touching every table
    • Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail
