    Description

    Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

    • The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse.
    • As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
    • You will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team members.
    • You will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximized.
    • You will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controls.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities Summary

    • Ensuring receipt, coordination, and safety of goods
    • Staffing, scheduling, training, evaluating, and developing team members
    • Oversight of warehouse productivity and efficiency
    • Stock rotation, inventory management, and product loss control
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Required Education and Experience

    • Associate's Degree with 3-4+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience
    • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree
