Job summary
We are looking for a Server to join our team at Drusie & Darr at The Hermitage Hotel in Nashville.As a Server you will be responsible for delivering polished intuitive highly personalized dining experiences executing all service sequences with accuracy grace consistency managing assigned tables maintaining impeccable table settings ensuring seamless pacing of courses addressing guest feedback concerns promptly discreetly escalating when appropriate to preserve the dining atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience in fine dining luxury hospitality environments strong foundation in formal dining service steps of service elevated guest engagement knowledge of wine service standards cocktail fundamentals food beverage pairings ability to operate POS systems accurately efficiently certified in Alcohol Service TIPS/ServSafe must be available evenings weekends holidays high-demand periods.
