    Bridge Investment Group is hiring rising seniors for our Summer Accounting Internship in Salt Lake City, Utah. This program offers unique exposure to the recording and reporting processes within one of the fastest-growing global real estate private equity firms - to learn about corporate procedures within a public company with multiple private equity funds related to the real estate investment cycles. Bridge's fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means you will be expected to take lead and contribute on assigned projects, working closely with senior management and other accounting team members on company-wide initiatives throughout the program.

    What you should bring

    Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition, to experience thriving in a fast-paced team, a successful candidate should have:

    • Desire to work in the accounting or finance field
    • Minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent
    • Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a keen sense of urgency
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Passion for learning and growth with a mindset that no task is too small
    • Excellent oral communication skills
