    The Crown Is Yours
    Our Global Compliance & Risk team is searching for a Senior Manager to assist with expanding licensing and registration activities. In this role, you'll work across the corporate licensing team to prepare entity applications across all verticals both domestic and international, and provide guidance on vendor licensing for both initial entry and renewal filings. You will support internal and external business partners, communicate with outside counsel and regulators, and contribute to our innovative and robust global compliance and risk team. Working closely with our Licensing Director, you'll have the opportunity to interface and engage as a leader in our compliance organization.
    What you'll do as a Senior Manager, Licensing

    • Master a foundational working knowledge of licensing requirements, in domestic and international betting markets.
    • Research licensing requirements and provide regulatory guidance to the business.
    • Maintain reporting processes for metrics across licensing activities to identify areas of efficiency and improvement.
    • Participate in project meetings and provide information about changing regulatory developments.
    • Work with various business units on licensing matters.
    • Maintain and secure the confidentiality of records and strict control of access to these records/files.
    • Prepare licensing applications across all verticals both domestic and international.


    What you'll bring

    • A minimum of 8 years managing people; 10 or more years in licensing, legal, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
    • High level of personal integrity and the understanding to maintain strict confidentiality.
    • Ability to manage projects and staff handling due diligence and compliance reviews.
    • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
    • Personable with a proven ability to work well with other employees at all levels, including external stakeholders and regulators.
    • Ability to take the initiative to start and complete tasks while balancing multiple and competing priorities.
    • Efficient and robust analytical skills and well-organized.
    • Excellent written and oral skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to change in a rapidly growing team and industry.
    • A basic understanding and general knowledge of the Gaming Industry's current practices and products is a plus.
