- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide direct instruction to students in various academic subjects, tailored to their individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the successful inclusion of students with disabilities in the school munity.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to promote academic growth and achievement.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and services provided.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
- Valid State teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
- At least one year of recent experience working as a Special Education Teacher.
- Strong munication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
