- 2 Office locations: Carmel and Westfield, Indiana
- Provider Team: 6 Physicians & 4 Nurse Practitioners
- Robotics-trained physicians
- 2 in-office ultrasonographers, In-office NSTs, In-office procedures: Endosee, Myosure, LEEP, bubble test (tubal patency), IUD, Nexplanon, Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Ablation.
- 4-day work week with post call day off
