    Senior Analyst, Organizational Excellence - Denver, CO / Austin, TX

    As an Organizational Excellence Senior Analyst, your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including executive support, department communications, employee engagement, strategic alignment, project coordination, and executive support. You will work closely with the Director of Organizational Excellence and the Technology senior leadership team to coordinate initiatives, streamline operations, and drive organizational change and effectiveness. Your duties may include analyzing organizational performance, facilitating communication between departments, and providing support for the achievement of the company objectives and key results. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing special projects, preparing reports and presentations for the executive decision-making.

    Role Responsibilities
    • Strategic Alignment & Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and executive strategy objectives and key results aligned to the organization's goals and visions.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitating communication and collaborating between different departments or teams within the organization to promote efficiency and alignment.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyzing key performance indicators, key results to assess organizational performance, identify areas for improvement and work to implement changes.
    • Decision Support: Provide insights, data analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making on critical issues and opportunities.
    • Change Management: Support change initiatives by helping communicate the rationale behind changes, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth transitions.
    • Strategic & Department Communications: Drafting communications, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives, including All Hands, Board of Director Presentations, Monthly Business Reviews, etc.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance organizational effectiveness through innovation and best practices.
    Role Requirements
    • 7+ years of experience in the technology industry with specific background in functional strategy, program management, operations, and/or technology functions.
    • Preferred 5+ years of related business, project management, organizational effectiveness, change management experience.
    • Experience in global companies with several business verticals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate or advanced PowerPoint skills
    • Intermediate MS Excel skills
    • Understanding of technology and technical terms.
    • Ability to influence with or without authority
    • Easily bridges teams, building collaboration and seamless touch points

    Salary

    The annual gross base salary range is $80,875 -$126,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
