    General Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance, efficient coordination, thorough documentation, and
  • scheduling to stakeholder teams
  • Perform hands-on keyboard tasks for CyberArk PAM product offerings such as Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP) and HTML5 Gateway components.
  • Perform hands-on keyboard tasks on Windows and Linux administration related to CyberArk platform activity
  • Perform hands-on keyboard tasks related to AWS EC2, S3, Load Balancer, Security Groups, and other Amazon Web Services
  • Support hands-on keyboard tasks for CyberArk tasks related to CI/CD pipelines
  • Support hands-on keyboard tasks related code and automation tasks in PowerShell

    • Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience working in cybersecurity or information technology
  • At least 2 years of experience with CyberArk
  • At least 2 years of experience with AWS
  • At least 2 years of experience with scripting or programming
  • At least 2 years of experience with Windows and Linux operating systems

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with CyberArk PAM technologies (Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP) and HTML5 Gateway component)
  • 4+ years of experience working with PowerShell for coding and automation
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of the following AWS Services: EC2, S3, Load Balancer, Security Groups

    The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
