- Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation
- Develop/maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage expectations
- Establish project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Document and manage project scope (change control)
- Identify resource needs, assign work, and coordinate schedules
- Communicate project status both internally and externally to the client
- Up to 20% travel
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading projects focused on delivery of technology
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Strongly versed in the fundamentals of project management
- Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet and Microsoft Project
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to identify, resolve and follow up on issues leveraging subject matter experts

What You Will Do
As a Professional Services Project Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end client projects, from concept to implementation. Dive into installations, whether it's advanced equipment, enterprise software, system integration, or consulting endeavors. Your role may occasionally require on-site client presence. Expect dynamic partnerships with sales, systems engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams, all focused on elevating customer satisfaction through technology.
