    What You Will Do

    As a Professional Services Project Manager, you'll oversee end-to-end client projects, from concept to implementation. Dive into installations, whether it's advanced equipment, enterprise software, system integration, or consulting endeavors. Your role may occasionally require on-site client presence. Expect dynamic partnerships with sales, systems engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams, all focused on elevating customer satisfaction through technology. While technical know-how is valuable, your prowess in project management is paramount.

    • Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation
    • Develop/maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage expectations
    • Establish project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
    • Document and manage project scope (change control)
    • Identify resource needs, assign work, and coordinate schedules
    • Communicate project status both internally and externally to the client
    • Up to 20% travel
    What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading projects focused on delivery of technology
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
    • Strongly versed in the fundamentals of project management
    • Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet and Microsoft Project
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Ability to identify, resolve and follow up on issues leveraging subject matter experts
