Job summary
The Office Services Coordinator will assist the Office Manager and the Administrative Team with providing general office support.The role involves directing interoffice and external mail services, ensuring timely processing and delivery of a variety of mail and packages.
Essential duties include assisting in routine clerical duties, shipping/receiving, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail,
and handling client bank deposits. The role also requires ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
and provide timely high-quality work product.
