    K?STA I.T is actively seeking a CRM Analyst foran immediate contract engagement with our government client.

    Work Location: This position is hybrid.

    Job Description:

    The CRM Analyst role involves supporting the development, implementation, and enhancement of strategic initiatives within behavioral health customer relationship management (BH CRM). Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and IT to integrate and optimize business processes within the BH CRM. This position also offers level 1 user support, manages communication with stakeholders, and oversees program data monitoring.

    Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate business systems and user requirements.
    • Prioritize and manage user requests and tickets, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
    • Maintain and prioritize CRM inbox communications.
    • Draft and distribute communications related to business process updates and system changes.
    • Align system solutions with overarching business strategies.
    • Prepare analyses such as cost/benefit assessments and risk identification.
    • Develop detailed specifications for program modifications and enhancements.
    • Assist with drafting RFPs and managing end-user reporting tools.
    • Collaborate with IT to understand reporting requirements and propose solutions.
    • Document solutions for knowledge transfer within the Enterprise Reporting Team.
    Required Skills:
    • Experience in business process reengineering and applying technology to business challenges.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard technologies, business process mapping, and reengineering.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with relational databases and client-server concepts.
    • Effective organizational and presentation abilities.
    • Skilled in data analysis for program development and improvement.
    • Technologically proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Excellent communication and training skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong data management experience.
    • Background in process improvement, project management, and data management.
