    *Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 9 am - 9 pm
    ~OR~

    *Every Monday & Tuesdays: 3pm-12am

    *Every Other Friday: 3pm-12am

    *Every other Saturday & Sunday: 8am- 8pm
    ~OR ~
    *Every Thursday & Friday: 12am - 8am
    *Every Other Saturday 12am - 8am & 8pm - 8am
    *Every Other Sunday 8pm - 8am

    Provide nursing care to individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities at a group home.
    Monitor the ongoing health status of patients.
    Document progress notes.
