Job summary
The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of Patient Access Representatives ensuring optimal performance in registration accuracy collections productivity and quality.This role requires ability to work under fast-paced and dynamic conditions with high degree of accuracy and professionalism across all departmental functions.The Admitting Supervisor leads by example contributes to professional courteous efficient operation of department at all times.Maintaining acceptable patient flow ensuring that all patients receive prompt courteous attention is great importance.Responsibilities
- Supervising Admitting Staff including but not limited to in-service education staff organization evaluations continuous quality improvement guest relations promotion/satisfaction.
