- Understand and practice aggressive hospitality.
- Greet all guests with a smile at all times.
- Use the guest's last name at all times when appropriate.
- Responsible for opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel.
- Provide professional aggressive hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests.
- Assist guests with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi/limo service.
- Maintain accuracy and composure while under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.
- Continually monitor and maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area.
- Post up in appropriate area when not completing tasks.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license in the state in which you will be working (if you are an out-of-state college student, you must have a valid license in your state of residence)
- Pass a pre-employment background check including drug, MVR, and criminal background check
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission
- Must be able to speak, read and write Standard English
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Must be able to stand during the entire shift
- Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus
