    Banquet Captain

    Come to work at an exciting downtown Minneapolis location where no two days are alike. We are seeking experienced Banquet Captains to join our team.

    We offer a wide variety of plated, buffet, hospitality set ups and breaks, for 25 – 5,000 attendees. With your leadership, catering and customer service experience, along with a willingness to operate in a great venue leading multiple teams, you will fit right in with our existing quality crew. You will have the opportunity to work with staff and guests from all over the world and experience events that just don't happen at other venues in town.

    As a (7) seven day a week operation, there is some flexibility in scheduled hours that cover days, evenings, weekends, and holidays although you must have full availability. This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, transit/parking reimbursement, 401k, paid time off, meals and uniforms.

    Wages:

    Weekly tip pool, plus base wage of $17.57 per hour. This is an hourly, union position.

    We use an internet-based/app scheduling system putting your schedule at your fingertips.

    • Able to push/pull up to 50 lbs. and lift 35 lbs., consistently bend, reach, twist, reach, squat; you will consistently stand, walk and navigate our operating and building spaces.
    • English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
    • Execute simple mathematical equations.
