- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and ancillary staff to increase the impact of our vascular capabilities for their patients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with physicians and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Director of Vein Operations, Physicians, and Practice Directors to build a steady pattern of referrals into the offices in both markets.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance indicators and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, assuring efficient allocation of resources and profitable implementation of campaigns.
- Confidently create and deliver presentations to varied audiences within and outside of the organization.
- Proven experience in growing a network of physician referrals, follow-through and follow-up.
- Solid understanding of Independent and group physician dynamics and what barriers they face when referring patients.
- Demonstrated success in achieving referral targets or increasing patient count in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of previous marketing experience, strongly preferred in vascular, wound care, or podiatry.
- Strong communication and writing skills; ability to work across buisness lines, speaking with various levels of medical office management.
- Deep understanding of relationship building when it comes to cementing referral patterns.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Demonstrates an organizational savvy to get things done effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to commute between Cincinnati and Columbus area weekly.

Description
The Patient Liasion is responsible for representing our vascular services to Primary Care/Internal Medicine and non-vascular services to increase the number of patients referred to our facility for treatment and care.
This position requires a weekly commute to Cincinnati, Ohio and requires a 3-day/2-day alternating full-time rotation between both locations.
