- Manage internal and external systems and processes, including reporting and workflow tools
- Communicate with stakeholders, including senior business leaders, with professionalism and timeliness
- Assist senior team members with calendar, travel, and expense management
- Support the planning, logistics, and budgeting of Shell Ventures events
- Other duties as assigned
- Ensure a safe and compliant work environment is maintained
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of two years experience as an administrative assistant/project coordinator in a technology-centric organization
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Concur and/or Salesforce is preferred
- Initiative and drive for delivering outstanding results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in business matters
