    Welcome to Islands to Salt Lake LLC doing business as Domino's owned and operating in Salt Lake UT.

    Our franchise has expanded from the Hawaiian islands to Salt Lake City. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team. From cashiers evolving into assistants, assistants advancing to General Managers, General Managers progressing to Supervisors or even Franchisees.     You have a natural inclination to lead. You ensure everyone around you is on track starting from home to work. It's time to elevate yourself. Domino's is seeking individuals to take on managerial roles - specifically, store managers or Assistant Managers as we like to call them. Take on the responsibility of overseeing a million-dollar business and pave your way to the top position. It requires skills like judgment, leadership, numerical proficiency, and the ability to multitask.

    This is a full-time, hourly position. Oversee all store operations. Lacking prior management experience? No problem, we'll guide you. Never made a pizza before? We'll teach you how to craft an exceptional one. You might be required to assist at other nearby locations.

    This role involves working 3-5 days a week, comprising at least 2 shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

    You are responsible for everything transpiring within your store - be it personnel, operations, sales, or profits. This encompasses ensuring your team's safety, training, and upholding the team culture. Lead by example as your team members will emulate your actions. Adherence to ALL policies and procedures is crucial at all times for you and your team.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum age of 18
    • Clean driving record
    • Positive attitude
    • High energy levels
    • Prior experience at Domino's OR leadership experience
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Promising background check
    • Authorized to work in the USA
    • Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area

    • Weekly pay
